Our Story & Mission
Crowd of Hands was born from a simple belief: everyone deserves independence, and together, we can connect people to accomplish anything.
Our Mission:
To bridge the gaps between home care, mobility, and technology.
Find willing volunteers and match their skills and interests to the needs of their community.
Our Story: Building a Community of Care
Crowd of Hands was born from a simple, heartfelt question: How can we make it easier for neighbors to help one another? Witnessing loved ones and community members struggle with everyday tasks, like getting groceries, tidying up, or just moving around the house, inspired us to create a technology platform that brings people together for sustainable support.
We believe that no one should feel alone when facing challenges at home. Our founders saw the power of volunteer-driven home care and wanted to harness crowd-sourced technology to match those in need with compassionate local volunteers for mobility assistance, errands, and companionship.
Driven by empathy and a commitment to dignity, Crowd of Hands is dedicated to empowering communities. Our mission is to bridge the gaps in home care by making it easy to request or offer help, fostering connections that uplift everyone involved. Together, we are building a network where every act of kindness strengthens the fabric of our neighborhoods.
